the staff here never once greeted me with the warmth deserving of a guest of my caliber, and let’s not even discuss the dreadful wifi. how can a hotel call itself anything above 3 stars? i was hoping for an upgrade for all my trouble, but that was just too much to hope for. i almost wanted to leave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Staff members were incredibly helpful, providing prompt assistance when I needed a fridge in my room. Unfortunately, the wifi was inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected.

Four keycards for a single apartment? That’s just excessive. The air conditioning blasted directly onto the beds, making it tricky to find a comfortable setting, and the pool is poorly placed, overshadowed by the building from midday onward. On top of that, the bedding and towels didn't seem completely clean upon arrival, which is pretty off-putting. It's also worth noting that the overall upkeep seems a bit outdated and unkempt, a far cry from the images online.

Wonderful staff, convenient amenities, attentive service made our stay enjoyable, especially with our request for a fridge for our baby’s snacks addressed promptly.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! They quickly arranged for a fridge in my room when I requested one. The king superior room was spacious, featuring a nice couch and a lovely balcony. The hotel’s location, just a block from the quieter side of 5th Avenue, made exploring easy while enjoying a bit of tranquility.

However, the overall upkeep of the hotel felt outdated, with the pool area being overshadowed in the afternoon.

Great location near main street, but TV signal was weak during my stay.

collection o hotel marvic is in a safe area, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. the staff speaks english and really go the extra mile. when I got sick, they quickly got me medicine from the farmacia. also, they managed to get a fridge in my room right after I asked for it.
